THE SEVEN STAGES OF PROCESSING
Great attention and care is given in each and every stage of our business, from the selection of the farm, to procurement, all the way to the processing of raw product and finally, to the point of delivery.

7. BETELNUTS BEING DELIVERED FROM FARM
At this stage, trucks of betelnuts are being weighed at our own weighing station, before and after unloading in our warehouses.
8. STORED BETELNUTS AWAIT FURTHER PROCESSING
The dry betelnuts are kept in clean and airy environment. This process is critical as it allows the dry produce to breath before further processing.
STAGE 5
10. THE SORTING BEGINS
Betelnuts are carefully hand selected by quality and size. Each and every stage of sorting is carefully executed. in order to provide our customers with the exact quality they are looking for.
11. BETELNUTS WHOLE BEING SORTED
Each and every peice is selected by hand. No machines for colour grading.
STAGE 6
12. BETELNUTS BEING FILLED IN JUTE BAGS
Once the sorting process is completed, the betelnuts get packed in jute bags.
13. PACKED BETELNUTS BEING FUMIGATED
Before shipment, we fumigate the packed bags to meet the international health and safety standard.
